Keep your pumpkins looking perfect all season with our Pumpkin Defender Service! We apply a protective spray that helps deter squirrels and other critters from nibbling or eating your pumpkins, ensuring your fall display stays intact. Each application provides one protective coating, but after heavy rainfall, the spray may need to be reapplied once the pumpkins dry. For continued protection, simply book another service. Rest assured, we handle the process safely—no need to worry about kids or pets coming into contact with the spray. Have any questions? We're here to help!
Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of bespoke, made-to-order items, all sales are final. Each design is tailored specifically for your event, and preparation begins immediately to ensure timely delivery and a polished result. Your booking also reserves a limited production and installation window, which cannot be rebooked once held. As such, we are unable to offer refunds or credits once an order is placed. If you need to cancel your order, notice must be given at least 7 days before your scheduled event. In such cases, we are happy to offer a one-time courtesy rescheduling within 12 months. Cancellations made within 7 days of your event are not eligible for rescheduling, as materials and time have already been committed, and the reserved date can no longer be offered to another client.
