Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of bespoke, made-to-order items, all sales are final. Each design is tailored specifically for your event, and preparation begins immediately to ensure timely delivery and a polished result. Your booking also reserves a limited production and installation window, which cannot be rebooked once held. As such, we are unable to offer refunds or credits once an order is placed. If you need to cancel your order, notice must be given at least 7 days before your scheduled event. In such cases, we are happy to offer a one-time courtesy rescheduling within 12 months. Cancellations made within 7 days of your event are not eligible for rescheduling, as materials and time have already been committed, and the reserved date can no longer be offered to another client. We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re always happy to help in any way we can.
