This ensures we reserve your styling window and finalize all custom details. Pomp and Panache is not responsible for delays caused by unscheduled bookings. All clients agree to our terms and policies prior to checkout, including the responsibility to complete this step on time.

Changed your mind and want to switch to pickup? No problem! Just let us know at least one day before your scheduled delivery, and we’ll be happy to refund the delivery fee and prep your order for pickup instead.
